The work always starts with a one-off report: we measure where you stand and write the roadmap. Measuring again with the same method is the job of monitoring: it is not a separate product but the regular repeat of that report; it continues with the scope of your report and stops whenever you want. Every amount below comes from the config file; the page and the invoice never disagree.
The Structure and Authority components are independent of the AI engines and are calculated in full in every package. Both read your site and public records. The number of engines only sets the Visibility and Accuracy side. A single-engine package is not an "incomplete score" but a narrow scope.

If you give us FTP access, we write and upload the robots.txt, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, sitemap.xml files to your root directory. Only files are uploaded to your root directory; your site content and code are not touched. If FTP access is not given, the report is still delivered in full and the setup right stays open for 90 days.
Every line below is a scope statement that can be measured. There is no "improvement rate" in this table; that is for the re-measurement in monitoring to say, not for us.

A report gives you a photograph of a single day. Monitoring repeats the same measurement every month and gives you the line: you are told when your score drops, you see it when a competitor passes you, and you can follow the effect of your work spread across months. There are three standard tiers and monitoring can be bought on its own: the first measurement becomes your baseline and later months are compared against it. Anything beyond them is discussed under Enterprise as a custom quote.

The prompt set is written for your sector in the first measurement and then frozen; that is what makes the measurement comparable. In monitoring you can change that set: up to three prompts a month on the Monitor tier, and the whole set from your dashboard on the Monitor Pro tier. Every prompt you change starts a new line from that month on; the history of the old prompts is not deleted.
The cards make the decision, the table answers the objection. The real difference between tiers is two lines: how often the same prompt set is asked, and on how many engines.

No. The Structure and Authority components (45% of the total weight) are calculated in full in every package, because both read your site and public records and ask the AI engines nothing at all. The only difference between packages is how many engines the Visibility and Accuracy components are measured across. On the single-engine package you get a complete report for ChatGPT; you will not learn why Gemini does not mention you.
No. The only thing monitoring produces is change, and change cannot be calculated without a starting point. The report sets that starting point: it writes the prompt set, freezes it and picks the competitor control group. Monitoring repeats all of that every month.
You can narrow the scope, not widen it. Buying the five-engine report and moving to single-engine monitoring is fine. The other way round needs a new report: every engine added to monitoring has to have a baseline measurement first, otherwise its first month passes with nothing to compare against.
Because half the work is done again at every measurement. In each re-measurement the prompts are asked from scratch on every engine, the answers are marked one by one and the competitors are measured again. What falls away are the items done once in the first report: designing the prompt set for your sector, setting up the site crawl and writing the roadmap.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody knows when the models will be updated. What we commit to is not the result itself but that it is measured with the same method before and after and that whatever comes out is written down as it is. If the score drops, we report that too.
Report packages are one-off, so the amount you paid is fixed. In the monitoring subscription every subscription carries the amount it was opened at; later increases do not affect existing subscribers, and any change is notified separately.
The free scan measures the Structure and Authority components and compares you with your competitors. It asks for no card and takes a couple of minutes; the score that comes out usually shows on its own which scope you need.
